Café Kitsuné introduces a new limited-time Summer Sparkling Drink Series, available in Taiwan from June 1st to August 31st . This seasonal collection presents four sparkling drinks that highlight clarity, balance, and refinement—each crafted with thoughtfully selected ingredients to offer a clean and refreshing experience for the summer season.
The summer collection of sparkling beverages will be launched simultaneously with Paris from June 1 to September 30 for a limited period of time. The bubbles are a blend of herbal, fruity and refreshing flavors to infuse the summer afternoons with a touch of coolness, and will be available at the Café Kitsuné BELLAVITA Combo Store and Café Kitsuné LaLaport stores in South Hong Kong simultaneously. We invite you to join us and the foxes in the summer season to raise a glass and feel the cool rhythm.

- Matcha Cucumber Sparkling（$200）
Japanese matcha blended with fresh cucumber and mint. Subtle bitterness and gentle herbal notes are elevated by a clean, sparkling finish.
- Strawberry Basil Sparkling（$200）
Strawberry purée paired with fresh basil and lemon juice. A balanced combination of natural sweetness and herbaceous depth.
- White Peach Yuzu Sparkling（$200）
White peach purée and yuzu syrup, accented with thyme. Offers a gentle citrus profile and refined aromatic structure.
- Grapefruit Rosemary Sparkling（$200）
Grapefruit juice combined with rosemary syrup and rosemary sprigs. Bright acidity with a distinctive herbal finish.
The Café Kitsuné Summer Sparkling Drink Series will be available exclusively from June 1 to August 31, while supplies last. Designed for the warmer season, this lineup continues Café Kitsuné’s approach to seasonal beverage innovation—balancing aesthetics with clear, focused flavor expression.
